Detached villa with private 8x4m pool and Mediterranean gardens. Villa Montaña has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan fully fitted and equipped kitchen, plus a comfortable lounge-dining room with fireplace and satellite TV. Outside you will find covered and open terraces plus the BBQ area, all wonderful for al fresco dining. The villa is ideal for summer holidays with air con throughout plus natural breezes to cool you in the height of the summer. When it is 40 degrees on Javea beach, the breeze keeps the villa at a beautiful 32 degrees, although there are various terraces around the villa, so you can really get hot if you want to. It´s perfect for a winter break too as you can enjoy the sun during the day and snuggle up in front of the fire at night. If you simply can´t leave your emails for a whole week, there´s even broadband internet access available! Located in a residential area just 5km to the Arenal Beach with great country and mountain views, only 1km from shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its unspoilt beauty and excellent Blue Flag beaches. Javea is split in to three areas the Arenal offers beautiful white sandy beaches, with a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants. Javea Port which is a traditional fishing port, with a large marina, intimate cobbled streets and a brightly lit promenade of bars and restaurants. Javea town is a beautiful unspoilt historic town of narrow cobbled streets with a quiet and relaxing ambiance where some of the best Tapas on the Costa Blanca can be eaten. Jerry says: "Great quality villa in a great location, overlooks mountains and hills and its wonderful to watch the sun go down behind them with amazing colours filling the sky, recommend a glass of something soothing to go along with the free show. Villa well equipped, air con v useful, excellent connection to internet, pool great. We found it very quiet with only occasional noise of people enjoying themselves in neighbouring villas, and in the evenings we went to either Arenal beach or Denia (restaurant El Comercio Calle Marques De Campo Denia serve amazingly succulent steak) to eat and then shop til late. Recommended."
